Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in person at our clinic locations.
Payments can be made through cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, or online banking.
Any outstanding dues must be cleared before availing of further treatments.
Prepaid treatment packages are non-transferable and must be utilized within the validity period mentioned at the time of purchase.
Any extension requests must be reviewed and approved by the clinic management.
Products purchased at Wizderm clinics are non-refundable. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, along with a valid receipt.
Discounted or promotional items are not eligible for exchange.
In case of any disputes, both parties agree to resolve the issue amicably. If unresolved, legal matters will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of any booking amount paid.
Payments for treatments are non-refundable. However, in cases where a patient cannot continue treatment due to documented medical reasons, the management may review and issue a credit note for the unused amount.
Credit notes can be used for future treatments, product purchases, or transferred to another individual with prior approval.
Refunds for online payments will be processed after deducting any transaction fees charged by the payment gateway.
Refunds will be issued via NEFT/cheque transfers within 7-14 working days. Cash refunds are not provided.
Wizderm Skin & Hair Clinic is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all patient health information. Your personal and medical data will not be shared with third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.
By providing your contact details, you authorize Wizderm to contact you via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email for appointment confirmations, treatment follow-ups, and promotional offers.
